Please join us in congratulating Sean Still on his new role as our second Enterprise Agile Coach, working in conjunction with Karen Bruns. He is a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Lean Kanban, Certified Open Space Facilitator and Certified Agile Coach with extensive experience in Agile transformation for both digital and non-digital teams.
Sean has over 10+ years of project management experience on multiple technology projects, and has been on the CWDS project since September 2016. Prior to joining CWDS Sean spent 15 years at ALLDATA as a Senior Editor, Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
The project welcomed Richard Bach into his new role as Management Advisor for Development & Engineering, reporting directly to Tony Fortenberry. For the past year, Rich was a Development Lead on the Technology Platform Team (TPT) and is highly skilled as a senior-level Lead Software Engineer/Architect. He has over 17 years of experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC), implementing web-based and client/server Java applications utilizing technologies like Java, Groovy, Elasticsearch, JUnit, Spring, web services (REST, SOAP), JSON, Oracle database, HTML, CSS, and more.
Rich has proven experience supporting the State of California on multiple Information Technology initiatives; most recently working with the California Department of Justice (DOJ) to develop and implement their SmartJustice application. He is also experienced in the management of Agile software development and design projects. Rich received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
