California Department of Technology Service Desk Bulletin – Network Maintenance on September 15, 2019| 4:00 AM-7:00 AM
To all CWS and Probation SPOCs and Technical Contacts:
The California Department of Technology (CDT) has scheduled maintenance during the regular network maintenance window on Sunday, September 15, 2019, beginning at 04:00 AM and concluding at 07:00 AM. This maintenance activity will impact CWS/CMS, CWS-CARES, Business Objects, LIS, FTP, and to the CWDS websites. However, due to redundancy and tertiary routing, impact is expected to be minimal with multiple interruptions in connectivity to the impacted systems lasting from three to five minutes each within the scheduled maintenance window.
If users experience any issues with CWS/CMS, please follow your county process for reporting issues or you may contact the IBM Boulder Help Desk at 1-800-428-8268.
If users experience any issues with CWS-CARES, please follow your county process for reporting issues or you may contact the CARES Service Desk at 1-855-292-3444 or via email at Servicedesk@cwds.ca.gov during normal business hours. You may also email after hours and a Service Desk representative will contact you the next business day.
