California Department of Technology Service Desk Bulletin – Storage Migration of SBCS Clustered Servers- Saturday, November 21, 2020| 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
All SBC Users:
The California Department of Technology (CDT) has scheduled SAN upgrade activities during the SBCS Preventative Maintenance Window, on Saturday, November 21, 2020, beginning at 07:00 AM and concluding at 08:30 AM. The SAN upgrade will cause a disruption or degradation in Citrix Services for approximately one hour during the maintenance.
Remote access (e.g., Server Based Computing [SBC]) to the CWS/CMS application will not be impacted by this scheduled maintenance.
If users experience any issues with CWS/CMS, please follow your county process for reporting issues or you may contact the IBM Boulder Help Desk at 1-800-428-8268.
If users experience any issues with CARES-Live, please follow your county process for reporting issues or you may contact the CARES Service Desk at 1-855-292-3444 or via email at Servicedesk@cwds.ca.gov during normal business hours.
