CANS Duplicate Assessment Being Created in CARES-Live
To all CARES SPOCS:
There is a known issue that some CARES-Live users are experiencing in the CANS application.
Some users are receiving a “15000ms exceeded” error message (see screenshot below) when saving a CANS assessment. If the user receives this error message, a duplicate CANS assessment is being created in their list that has the same Date Stamp and Time Stamp within 10 seconds of the original assessment. Users can delete the assessment that has not actually saved any data in the assessment profile.
The CWDS office is aware of this issue and is working to determine a resolution.
Updates will be provided to CARES-Live users as soon as they are received.
