CARES-Live 2.8.11 Production Release- February 25, 2021| 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

EFFECTIVE February 25, 2021 CARES-Live 2.8.11 RELEASE IS SCHEDULED TO MOVE INTO PRODUCTION.
The CARES-Live team has scheduled release activity that will interrupt connectivity to the CARES-Live application. The release activity will begin at 06:00PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 and conclude at 11:00PM. During this scheduled outage users will not be able to access the CARES-Live application.
CARES-Live 2.8.11:
The goal of this release is to provide fixes and maintenance needed in Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) and Identity Management.
CANS

  • County Transfer – The issue identified when a CWS/CMS case transfer takes place from one county to another and that transfer was not syncing up in CANS has been resolved (Ticket #INC0019321).  The system now allows for CANS to be transferred across counties.
  • CANS Reassessment List - The sort order for the CANS Reassessment list has been corrected to resolve the issue identified in Ticket #INC0019661 where all rows were not sorting for Reassessments Due and Past Due.
Identity Management
  • Forgot your Password - The “Forgot your password?” link on the CARES-Live Login page has been changed to “Forgot/Reset Your Password?” to more clearly identify the password actions the link supports.
