CARES-Live Customer Support Contact Change

To all SPOCs, Probation and Technical Contacts:

EFFECTIVE July 15, 2020 CARES-Live support inquiries should be directed to the CWDS Customer Relations email

The CWDS Implementation team will be transitioning county support inquiries for the CARES-Live application to the CWDS Customer Relations team. The CWDS Implementation team will redirect their focus to begin planning activities in support of future CWS-CARES. Counties should redirect any email inquiries related to CARES-Live that they would of sent to the Implementation Mailbox to the CWDS Customer Relations Mailbox should continue to send any Implementation specific inquiries to the Implementation Mailbox or issues related to CARES-Live should continue to be sent to the CARES-Live Service desk at
