CARES-Live Scheduled Maintenance on December 20, 2020| 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM

All SPOCs and Technical Contacts:
CDSS will be performing network maintenance activities on Sunday, December 20, 2020 that will impact the Facility Search functionality in the CARES-Live application. The work is expected to begin at 5:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM. During this time, users may encounter an error as the CALS API may not be able to connect to any of the back-end servers and databases.

If after 12:00 PM, users continue to experience issues with Facility Search, please follow your county process for reporting issues or you may contact the CARES Service Desk at 1-855-292-3444 or via email at during normal business hours.
