CARES-Live Scheduled Maintenance on January 30, 2022| 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM – CORRECTION

CDSS will be performing maintenance activities on Sunday, January 30, 2022, that will impact the Facility Search functionality in the CARES-Live application. The work is expected to begin at 4:00 AM and conclude at 8:00 AM. During this time, users may encounter an error when performing searches in Facility Search as the CALS API may not be able to connect to any of the back-end servers and databases.
If users experience any issues with Facility Search after 8:00 AM, please follow your county process for reporting issues. CARES-Live County Administrators may contact the CARES Service Desk through the CWDS ServiceNow Customer Support Management (CSM) Portal at https://cwds.service-now.com/csm. Alternate methods are phoning 1-855-292-3444 or via email at Servicedesk@cwds.ca.gov during normal business hours. You may also email after hours and a Service Desk representative will contact you the next business day.
