CARES-Live Scheduled Maintenance on October 2, 2021| 6:00 AMĀ  - 9:00 AM

ALL SPOCs and Technical Contacts:
CDSS will be performing network maintenance activities on Saturday, October 2, 2021, that will impact the Facility Search functionality in the CARES-Live application. The work is expected to begin at 6:00 AM and conclude at 9:00 AM. During this time, users may encounter an error as the CALS API may not be able to connect to any of the back-end servers and databases.

Action Required
If, after 9:00 AM, users continue to experience issues with Facility Search, please follow your county process for reporting issues, or you may contact the CARES Service Desk at 1-855-292-3444 or via email at during normal business hours. You may also email after hours, and a Service Desk representative will contact you the next business day.
