CWS-CARES Facility Search & Profile - Retrieving Issues - UPDATE

To all SPOCS and Technical Contacts:

Issue 1 Update: This issue has been fixed and connectivity via CDSS has been restored.

Issue 1- Facility Search & Profile is now experiencing issues with respect to retrieving Homes and Facilities for LIS and FAS. CWDS is working with CDSS to restore connectivity. This issue only affects the Facility Search & Profile tool.

Issue 2 Update: This issue is still outstanding and is remains being worked on by the CWDS development team. Facility Search & Profile may not retrieve all possible complaints that exist in FAS for facilities found in our tool. CWDS is working with CDSS to address the issue and are advising users who are utilizing complaint information to cease using Facility Search & Profile until the issue has been addressed.

Issue 2- Facility Search & Profile is experiencing issues with respect to retrieving all available complaints that may exist for Homes or Facilities. CWDS is working with CDSS to address the issue and are advising users who are utilizing complaint results to refrain from using until the issue has been addressed.

CWS-CARES users are advised to not use the Facility Search & Profile until the issue has been resolved.
