CWS-CARES Facility Search - Retrieving Issue – UPDATE (Access to the CARES Administrator Managed User Application Re-Enabled)
To All SPOCS and Technical Contacts:
Issue 2 Update (May 6, 2019): Effective today, May 6, 2019, by 5:00 p.m., the CWDS Office will re-enable access to the Managed Users application for CWS-CARES Administrators. CARES administrators no longer need to contact the CARES Service Desk to provide CANS access to CARES users. CARES Admins can resume the ability to create users, provide or remove CANS permissions, unlock users, etc.
The Facility Search & Profile issue continues to be worked on by the CWDS development team. Facility Search Users access continues to be disabled. Further updates to follow as they become available.
Issue 2- Facility Search & Profile is experiencing issues with respect to retrieving all available complaints that may exist for Homes or Facilities. CWDS is working with CDSS to address the issue and are advising users who are utilizing complaint results to cease until the issue has been addressed.
