CWS-CARES USERS RECEIVING INTERMITTENT RESPONSES WHEN PERFORMING A QUERY IN FACILITY SEARC
To all CWS and Probation SPOCs and Technical Contacts:
The purpose of this communication is to inform counties that some users may have experienced receiving intermittent responses while querying in Facility Search.
The primary issue had to do with a problem with LIS connectivity which has now been resolved. Users should now be able to query and receive results as expected.
