Reported Multi-Factor Authentication Delay

All County SPOCs and Technical Contacts:
Multiple counties have reported an issue, when trying to access CARES-Live, with receiving the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code in a timely manner. The delay in receiving this MFA code can prevent users from be able to access CARES-Live. The CARES-Live team is investigating this issue.
There is no current ETA of when this issue will be resolved. We will provide updates for this issue as they become available.

If users experience any issues with CARES-Live, please follow your county process for reporting issues, or you may contact the CARES Service Desk at 1-855-292-3444 or via email at during normal business hours. You may also email after hours, and a Service Desk representative will contact you the next business day.
