Tulare County ‘Forgot Password’ Email Issue

Tulare County SPOC and Technical Contact:
An issue has been discovered for CARES-Live users in Tulare County.  When users click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and enter the requested email address, they receive an error message stating, “Email is Required” after pressing the ‘Submit’ button. 

As a workaround, users who receive this error message should contact the Tulare County Service Help Desk.  Eventually, the user will receive a prompt from Mike Luzania to try to change the password again.

The Tulare County SPOC and Technical Contact will forward this communication to CARES-Live users in Tulare County.

CARES-Live users should contact the Tulare County Service Desk if users receive an “Email is Required” after submitting the ‘Forgot Password’ link.
