RESOLVED: CDT Service Desk Bulletin: Verizon Wireless Customers Unable to Access CA.GOV Websites

To All CWS and Probation SPOCs and Technical Contacts:
The Child Welfare Digital Services (CWDS) Office has received confirmation that the issue with Verizon wireless customers accessing CA.GOV websites is resolved.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Verizon is experiencing an issue that is prohibiting Verizon wireless customers from accessing CA.GOV websites. Customers will not be able to connect to CA.GOV websites, including CWS-CARES and the SBCS, via Verizon wireless devices. Verizon states that they do not, as yet, have an ETA when service will be restored.
We will provide updates as we receive them from the California Department of Technology.
