Data Quality Team (DQT) Documents / Strategy and Docs updated with "DQ_SCRnnnn_Process.pptx" showing the end-to-end process for Data Quality SCR updates to CWS/CMS.
DQ Dashboard updated with metrics from October 27 DQ cleansing processes. On SAFE the 2 reports showing results and any exceptions have been refreshed: DQ_SCRnnnn_Results.xlsx & DQ_SCRnnnn_Exceptions.xlsx
Data Quality processes released in R9.6 have been added for sign-up and the DQ dashboard.
SCR8794 Service Provider Merge & SCR8912 SCP Merge have both had changes made to how duplicates are identified, now being cross-county. Metrics have been updated accordingly.
Data Quality processes coming in R9.5 have been added for sign-up and the DQ dashboard. More information is on the way and will be provided prior to the first run of these cleansing processes in February 2025.
Updated two metrics reports that feed into the DQ portal; NEW-MERGED-DUP-RECORDS_SUMMARY and DQ_CLEANSING_METRICS_SUMMARY.xlsx both located in Documents > Reporting > Cleansing Progress
New page 'DQ Dashboard' available in the link section, provides a county visual aid of the data quality metrics provided in Documents > Reporting > Cleansing Progress
