CWDS Customer Relations Team


The CWDS Customer Relations Team is available to provide customer service to both CWS/CMS and CWS-CARES system users. The team is available to respond to questions and help connect users with the appropriate resources to assist with child welfare activities. There are dedicated support staff assigned to specific regions of California. Click here for a map of the team assignments.

The CWDS Customer Relations Team is available between the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 
Monday to Friday.
