Q: Will social workers be able to access the Child Welfare Services-California Automated Response and Engagement System (CWS-CARES) in client’s homes using their mobile devices?
A: At this time, dedicated mobile functionality within an app is not planned until at least Version 2. The app will be fully web accessible on mobile devices but will still rely on a data connection.
