A: Organizations indicated the ILT sessions needed for their end users. Organizations were encouraged to assign ILT sessions to individuals based on need and not just role. On-Demand will be offered by role. If additional courses are needed for those with multiple roles, CWS-CARES Training Coordinators will work with Organizations to accommodate the needs.
