Product Value Services (PVS) is a CWS-CARES Business Architecture contracted service. PVS provides the following:

• Represents and advocates for the State’s program and practice goals for CWS-CARES.
• Algins the Product Roadmap with program goals (product value) and CWS-CARES Product Development Guiding Principles.
• Provides expertise to the Product Delivery Team in the areas of:
  • Research
  • Advise the State on acceptance of designs
  • Domain modeling and metric specification
  • Business (primarily rules) analysis
  • Data science
• Provides user feedback facilitation, syntheses and recommend to the State prioritized feature enhancements.
