Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE)

It's a model used in instructional design to help create and develop education and training programs. The ADDIE model is a systematic process that can help ensure a solution is developed correctly the first time. It's an iterative process that involves:
  • Analysis: Identifying the learning environment, learner needs, and existing knowledge and skills
  • Design: Planning the learning experience, including content and delivery methods
  • Development: Creating and assembling the instructional materials
  • Implementation: Delivering the training or educational program to learners
  • Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of the program and making necessary adjustments
