Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE)
It's a model used in instructional design to help create and develop education and training programs. The ADDIE model is a systematic process that can help ensure a solution is developed correctly the first time. It's an iterative process that involves:
- Analysis: Identifying the learning environment, learner needs, and existing knowledge and skills
- Design: Planning the learning experience, including content and delivery methods
- Development: Creating and assembling the instructional materials
- Implementation: Delivering the training or educational program to learners
- Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of the program and making necessary adjustments
