Q: Is there a plan for counties who are smaller / short staff who may not have time to commit to these areas?
A: We understand not all counties have the same resource capacity. The project has anticipated and is not indifferent to smaller county workloads. The project anticipates that some counties will require people to wear multiple hats. If you are finding that the workload exceeds the estimated hours, please have a discussion with your IL to determine where adjustments can be made.
