The CWS-CARES Implementation Team focuses on the interrelationships of people, processes, and technology in delivering system implementation services. Our Implementation approach is focused on providing *129 Organizations with a well-planned and attainable transition to CWS-CARES by designing and managing the right implementation approach for all system users. The approach considers the complex ecosystem of stakeholders and their differing needs, including different types of organizations and variations in user types within each organization. The Implementation Team accounts for this complexity with careful planning, coordination and collaboration in three key areas: Implementation Readiness, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Training.
