CWS-CARES Implementation Lead (IL) Team

The CWS-CARES Implementation Leads are the point of contact for the project’s impacted Organizations to ensure the transition to Go-Live is seamless. The Implementation Leads manage the Go-Live Readiness Checklists, which document the activities and corresponding statuses to gauge Go-Live readiness across five core disciplines:

CWS-CARES Organization Implementation Team

The Organization Implementation Teams are made up of a coordinator of each of the disciplines listed:

CARES V1 Implementation Roadmap

The Implementation Roadmap provides a “big picture” view of readiness activities between now and CARES V1 Go-Live in October 2026. The activities in the Implementation Roadmap are aligned with the Go-Live Readiness Checklist.
