CWS-CARES Implementation Lead (IL) Team

The CWS-CARES Implementation Leads are the point of contact for the project’s impacted Organizations to ensure the transition to Go-Live is seamless. The Implementation Leads manage the Go-Live Readiness Checklists, which document the activities and corresponding statuses to gauge Go-Live readiness across five core disciplines:

• Implementation Management
• Data Quality
• Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Technical
• Training

CWS-CARES Organization Implementation Team

The purpose of the Organization Implementation Team is to leverage expertise in the five disciplines above to execute the key readiness activities. Note that a proposed Organization Implementation Team structure can be midified to fit the needs/size of the Organization. A single individual may perform multiple functions and this may vary by Organization. The five roles are:

• Implementation Coordinator (IC)
• Data Quality Analyst
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator
• Technical Coordinator
• Training Coordinator
