CWS-CARES Organizational Change Management (OCM)

OCM supports users in adopting CWS-CARES V1 as a replacement for CWS/CMS and supports them in learning about impacts to their work.

OCM provides tools and engagement opportunities to help users overcome common challenges to change via clear and consistent communication, leadership alignment activities, and feedback channels to ensure the system meets user needs.

This portal will contain a variety of resources to guide County Coordinators, other projects and organization representatives in their efforts for communication and other stakeholder engagement activities.

CARES V1 OCM Advisory Workgroup

The purpose of the CARES V1 OCM Advisory Workgroup is to establish a collaborative partnership between the CWDS Project Implementation team and Organization representatives/users of CWS-CARES V1, including representation from county child welfare, county juvenile probation, three CDSS divisions, and Title IV-E Tribes. The overall objective is to create an ongoing forum for input and insights from a group of advisors that represent each region who will serve as a guiding coalition of support for the OCM team and provide the Organization perspective of OCM and communication products during the development of the CARES V1 OCM activities.
