A: While the Business Continuity plan is focused primarily on the cutover weekend prior to Go-Live, this can be leveraged for the future in case CWS-CARES and/or your county happens to have an outage.

A: The Go-Live for CWS-CARES continues to be October 26, 2026 and we are moving forward towards that date. Upon cutover from CWS/CMS to CWS-CARES, CWS/CMS will be moved to read only.

A: This is being considered as a new feature — a County Admin would be able to change another County Admin within the county, but not their own permissions.

A: The CARES 104 environment was made available the morning of 6/15. The CWS-CARES 104 training environment does not have data within it, which is why your trainer didn't see any content when accessing it.

A: The only cases being removed from Production Simulation are cases falling under Sealed and Sensitive.

A: Due to the timeframe in which users needed to be added to CARES 104, some of the lists that included TTT participants may have also included previously identified super users.

A: Counties can begin submitting ServiceNow tickets as soon as they are comfortable doing so. At this time, office hours end dates have not been finalized.
