All SPOCs and Technical Contacts:
The California Department of Technology (CDT) has scheduled a Sectigo security certificate update. The update is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2026, beginning at 2:00 AM and concluding at 4:00 AM.
Following the security update, a small subset of users, when connecting to the CWS/CMS Mainframe SOC LPAR, may receive a prompt to accept the new Sectigo certificate as a trusted resource. We are sharing this bulletin to inform these users that they have to accept the certificate if they do receive this prompt.
