CARES-Live Scheduled Maintenance on June 26, 2021 | 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM

ALL SPOCs and Technical Contacts:
CDT and CDSS will be performing network maintenance activities on Saturday, June 26, 2021, that will impact the Facility Search functionality in the CARES-Live application. The work is expected to begin at 12:00 AM and conclude at 4:00 AM. During this time, users may encounter an error when performing searches in Facility Search as the CALS API may not be able to connect to any of the back-end servers and databases.
 
Action Required
If after 4:00 AM, users continue to experience issues with Facility Search, please follow your county process for reporting issues, or you may contact the CARES Service Desk at 1-855-292-3444 or via email at Servicedesk@cwds.ca.gov during normal business hours. You may also email after hours and a Service Desk representative will contact you the next business day.
 

California Department of Technology Service Desk Bulletin – SBCS Production Servers Upgrade

All County CWS and Probation SPOCs, Technical Contacts, and SBC Administrators:
The California Department of Technology (CDT) has scheduled maintenance on Saturday, June 19, 2021, beginning at 6:00 AM and concluding at 10:00 AM.  During the maintenance window, CDT will upgrade the Server Based Computing Services (SBCS) production servers.  There is no anticipated outage for this maintenance; however, the CDT is asking that everyone log off from the Citrix SBC system, if not actively using it during the maintenance window.
