Please be advised that the scheduled deployment release outage for the CWS-CARES Production Simulation (CARES 100) and DC Val (CARES 105) environments this weekend has been extended beyond its normal timeframe. Please note that this additional time — from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. — will allow us to deliver long-awaited new features and functionality for counties and organizations.
Updated Outage Schedule:
- Environment: Production Simulation (CARES 100) and DC Val (CARES 105)
- Outage Start: Friday, August 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM
- Estimated End: Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM
We are aware that several counties may have specifically planned and scheduled weekend work within these environments. We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and disruption this extended downtime will cause to them. Our technical teams are working diligently to complete this release and restore full access as quickly as possible.
