As we prepare end users for CWS-CARES, we are sharing important context regarding CWS-CARES Training, specifically how the Submit to CalSAWS for Eligibility workflow is presented during training sessions versus hands-on practice.
The CalSAWS eligibility interface is fully functional and ready. However, because the external CalSAWS Training Environment enforces a strict daily transaction limit, instructors will demonstrate this specific step with a video during live training sessions.
To ensure your staff gain full hands-on experience, we strongly encourage users to practice the CalSAWS eligibility workflow directly within the CWS-CARES Production Simulation (Prod Sim) environment.
