CWS SPOCs and existing APD Contacts:
The Title IV-E Agency Child Welfare APD Checklist document has been posted to the CWDS website at Advance Planning Document (APD) Information | Child Welfare Digital Services. This is a reference guide that APD Coordinators can use to confirm they have prepared a complete Child Welfare APD. APD Coordinators may also download this checklist and use it manually during their preparation of Child Welfare APDs.
This will allow APD Coordinators to review APDs for required documentation and "check" items off as they have completed them.
