May 26 Update: The California Department of Technology (CDT) and the CWDS Infrastructure Team confirmed that the issue was RESOLVED for Amador and Trinity Counties.

UPDATE: The California Department of Technology (CDT) and the CWDS Infrastructure Team continue to work on this issue. CDT reports that the issue has been isolated to Amador and Trinity Counties.
Additional updates will be provided to counties as more information is received.

Multiple Dedicated Counties have called in incidents to the CWDS Service Desk reporting that they are not able to access CARES-Live. The issue began at the same time when the California Department of Technology (CDT) reported that the Dedicated County internet issue was resolved.
CDT and the CWDS Infrastructure Team are researching the issue. There is no current estimated time of resolution. Additional updates will be provided to counties as more information is received.
Action Required
If users experience any issues with CARES-Live, please follow your county process for reporting issues. CARES-Live County Administrators may contact the CARES Service Desk through the CWDS ServiceNow Customer Support Management (CSM) Portal. Alternate methods are phoning 1-855-292-3444 or via email during normal business hours. You may also email after hours and a Service Desk representative will contact you the next business day.
